Everything I’ve read says finale is the 18th.

Don't know why they would skip a week in a 6 episode series. Its not like this is an award winning show on its final season and looking for the buildup.

HBO Sunday shows have often skipped a holiday weekend. It wouldn't shock me if the finale is pushed back to the 25th.

What holiday? Presidents day

What a fricking joke if so.

3 day weekend for many people (ie travel weekend)... keep in mind they started doing this long before streaming so they didn't want finale viewership numbers to suffer.

Or she is going to be a former professor at one of Tuttles schools.

Really trying to think what the critic who saw all the episodes said is the eye roll callback to S1 that is in the final.

I've never heard of anyone traveling for Presidents day

Its not Labor or Memorial and spring breaks are coming up soon.

Just think its stupid to skip because of a holiday of that nature. The others, I can see, but thats like skipping because of Earth Day.

EW, Screenrant, Economic Times, and Wikipedia all have it as the 18th. The only source I see for the 25th is IMDB.

This is from The Wrap before the season aired. If they planned around the Super Bowl I feel like Presidents’ Day would have been considered as well.

I wish they would bring Rust and Marty back for Season 5…remember, they didn’t get all the bad guys when they wrapped up Season 1. I wish one of those other kinfolk of the Tuttles would do something awful and put Rust and Marty on the case. That’s really the only way to save this franchise.

Terrible idea. For one, it would never live up to expectations.

So was the fake Russian bride storyline for Pete’s dad just completely pointless?

Doesn't matter when it comes out. Time is a flat circle.

Literally the only point of that was to show he “ran out of the hush money” the Silver Mine company paid him

And that was completely out of character for Hank to do suicide by cop making his own son shoot him putting him in that fricked position going forward. The character we saw all season would have simply shot himself in the head.

The only redeeming quality they showed about Hank was that he loved his son and wanted to makeup for his mistakes. They showed it over and over and over again. Then at the end of his arc, he does quite possibly the worst possible thing a father could do to his son. It’s shite writing.

Literally the last sequence we have with the two of them is Hank telling the story of him saving his son and the fear he had almost losing him

Next scene

Hank forcing his son to kill him and possibly fricking over his entire life

Is it though? Rust and Marty being just a shell of themselves from Season 1 would still be better than anything else we’ve seen since then…

Not to defend a disappointing show, but this complaint I don't agree with. Hank is a bad guy and a failure in life. Sure, he wants redemption with his son just like he wants a wife from Russia, but he didn't deserve it and it was never going to happen. He's a bad and weak person, so when his actions leave him choosing between prison and making his son a patricide, he takes the easy way out.

We never saw a single thing that would make Hank so damn evil he forces his son to kill him and ruin his sons entire life

The Hank we saw would simply shoot himself in the head. They made Hank a level 1,000 evil person. That wasn’t once on screen. Suicide was exactly the Hank we had seen

He could have just shot himself in the head (which would have been quit ironic, in itself).
