These characters are so unrelatable. I could at least relate to Woody being a regular type guy with a big arse dick.

Last season was kind of balanced between rust being super heavy and Marty calling him on being too philosophical. This season, everyone is deep and heavy and there's nobody around to balance it

That's very true. And the interactions between Rust and Marty's family were good to break things up.

Without being a prick dipshit, I honestly don't exactly know what they are investigating and why it is a big deal

I don't know who is supposed to be doing what on this investigative team or where they're at in the process. How many days has this investigation been going on for now?

They are looking for a top secret floppy disk. It's hidden in Mike Murphy's booty hole

So after reading this, I'm glad I gave up after last week, albeit I only watched 40 min last week. I have zero invested in it. Nothing was redeeming or intriguing. Terrible acting for such big name stars.

This season was exactly as I feared. There was no chance they were living up to season one.

I think if they followed just one of these characters through this thing, it'd be interesting. But it's like Pizz dumped all of his character sketches from a writers workshop out onto the table and tried to make them all match up in a convoluted plot in SoCal

It's amazing that both of these are true. It feels like they are going 5 mph, but I still have no idea what's going on.

I think right out of the gate they went wrong with that tactic... The pilot was a clusterfrick that was so difficult to keep up with. There was no way for you to feel invested in any of the characters.

Oh, I see. This is just Seinfeld if Seinfeld consisted of no humor and a T Bone Burnett soundtrack

So there is a chick with an acoustic guitar that plays shitty music in a rundown bar every night of the week no matter how many customers are there?
