That trailer gave me no faith that this movie has any right to exist.

Even though Woody always been the leader, this feels like it's way more about him than the others. Others meaning other movies, not all the characters.
Will most likely wait until it's streamable.

The trailer was a cliff notes version of the movie.

With john lasseter having nothing to do with this movie I’m not overly excited. And I honestly believe TS3 is the greatest movie ever made.

Toy Story 3 was a good way to end it.

That looks disappointing
Seriously. Oh great, Bo’s back, who easily the most boring character in the franchise and the reason she didn’t return for Toy Story 3.
They’re really scrapping the bottom of the barrell here. Arts and crafts toys? The fair? They’ve done basically every interesting concept you can do with toys. This movie shouldn’t exist. I’ll be staying home for this one.

I wasn't a fan of Toy Story 2 or 3, and this looks worse than both.
Looks like Lasseter, Stanton, and Docter all had story input but none of them wrote or directed. Not a good sign. The best Pixar movies have been passion projects of the writer/director.

Yea.
I’m just going to pretend that this movie doesn’t exist

Bo as the villain.
I'm in the "TS4 is a movie that didn't need to be made" camp but I'm still taking my kids to see the film.

That actually looks pretty good to me.
If they had just made it a spinoff instead of a direct sequel, like if they called it "Woody's Journey, a Toy Story Story" or something, we'd feel better about it.

Looks amazing to me.
And I know my 4 year old is going to find it amazing.

I’m in. Nothing in that trailer gave me a reason not to want to see it.

I feel like that trailer was meant to be released on April 1st.
No way that’s the real movie. The plot feels like one of those 15 min short films. In fact some of their previous short films are 100x better than what I saw from that trailer.

I'm a bit surprised how many of you guys aren't feeling that trailer.

I’m a little burnt out over the “toys get lost/separated for whatever reason and must find their way back” plot. And I’m not sold at all on the spork character.

Its a bunch of 30-35 year old men who expect every Pixar movie to resonate with them and their youth. What did you expect? God forbid it be anything different than they wanted or expected.

Because it’s the same recycled plot in more boring locations. I don’t give a frick about how toys react to antique shops and the fair. Bo is the worst character on Toy Story bar none and she’s a highlight of the film. That spork is realistically going to be played with for two weeks by Bonnie. I just assumed that was a gag in the original trailer, but the spork is going to be a main character? It will probably be decent, but it won’t be perfect like the previous 3. This movie should have never been made.
