Toy Story (1995)
That Thing You Do! (1996)
Saving Private Ryan (1998) - Academy Award nomination for Best Actor
You've Got Mail (1998)
Toy Story 2 (1999)
The Green Mile (1999)
Cast Away (2000) - Academy Award nomination for Best Actor
Road to Perdition (2002)

Dude. Thread title immediately made me think he was dead. Yes, I get it’s between 1992-2002.

It always blows my mind that toy story is almost 25 years old. Never saw it until about 4 years ago when my oldest watched it.

He should have won for this. One of the biggest snubs in Oscars history imo. He carried the movie on an island by himself and makes you cry about a volleyball. Not to mention Russell Crowe in Gladiator was pretty meh

Apollo 13 (1995)

Watched this again a few weeks ago, and its amazing how well its held up considering how far special effects have come over the past 20+ years

Crazy to think how great of an actor he is. The Burbs, Gump, and The Terminal. Think about the huge difference in those roles.

Most overrated actor of all time.

He is the master of playing Tom Hanks in every role.

How is he playing Tom Hanks in The Terminal, Forest Gump and Joe Versus the Volcano?

Unless Tom Hanks is secretly a foreign retard with a brain cloud?

He's a national treasure.

He portrays our American life in every film.

He isn't the best looking man. But I feel his passion in every roll he plays.
If you haven't connected with any of his roles, from first Sargent in a ranger core, or suburbanite, or wooden toy, or even have respect for his passion in bringing WW2 to a few cinematic loves ... then you are a peice of shite.
Also Jimmy Dugan is the athletic director LSU needs

The Terminal,

That movie is very underrated. He was great as was the supporting cast.

Plus Zeta Jones
