Is that the sexiest that Kim has ever been on the show with the imitation?
I'd hit it repeatedly.
It's funny. I don't even find Rhea Seehorn that attractive. But, something about her doing that imitation did it for me.

I knew I recognized that PI from another show but couldn't place him.
He was Simon on The Walking Dead, second-in-command of the Saviors and Negan's right-hand man.
He makes a good bad guy.
He was also in a Season One episode of BCS. The heavily armed thug that Mike took down with a pimento cheese sandwich and a throat punch.

TLDR; the man on the horse in the photo looks alot like the mesa verde logo and the author suggests that kim might sue kevin for copyright infringement.

Almost definitely a copyright situation. Suing them doesn't really help Acker though. It's more the threat of a lawsuit probably.
Saul can show Kevin he's boned and will use it if he doesn't back off of Acker. IDK, but as of right now that's the only angle I see.

I think Kim will get disbarred by Rich reporting her and Jimmy’s collusion

Here's a better pic.

What would they have infringed upon with the logo?

She's not a bombshell by any means but I find her attractive.
Jimmy's outkicking his coverage with her.

I couldn’t figure out Kim’s angle of attack last night. Something to do with the cowboy riding the horse in the paintings in the pics from his house. Any ideas there?
I hope they tie in the picture Jimmy showed Acker when he first went to the house

She’s outkicking her coverage, IMO.
He’s the one who once convinced a woman he was Kevin Costner, and it worked because he believed it.

The logo is from a painting and was in a book from 1958. It’s copyrighted artwork.

So kims plan is to kill off her main cash cow and lose her client Mesa verde and probably job at her firm.
Brilliant strat for her just to “win” and stick it to the man and help Acker stay in home.

How could Kevin blame Kim if Saul attacks him for a copyright violation that Kevin's father committed long ago.
I guess he could just be pissed that it's her boyfriend, but it would be impossible to point the finger at her in this situation.

So is jimmy going to sue Kevin over the copyright? Or is Kim gonna outright openly sue her client that employs her?

I don't think that is the play here. Think back to when Saul helped Jessie buy his house.
He may go in and show them proof of the copyright violation explain how much it could cost them if he were to contact the copyright holder. Then he may explain how he might forget about it if they leave Acker alone.
This could be off, but actually suing them doesn't help because Acker isn't the copyright holder.

I think that Acker is the cowboy in the photo. I think that Kevin has a history with him. Relative perhaps.

Not saying you're wrong, because I have no fricking clue, but that sure would be the biggest coincidence of all time and the writers of this show don't generally take the easy lazy way out.

That's why I'm thinking that Kevin has a history with the guy that he hasn't revealed. Which is why he's dead set on having that call center on that specific spot in the middle of nowhere.

Still have no idea where this Hamlin situation is going.
but I can't figure out why they're pushing him into the story. It's going somewhere, the destination is the question.
I'm really curious about this too. Not sure where they are going with this.
