Saul knows nothing about Gus and won't for a while, if I'm right Saul is just there to cut the deal. Crazy 8 will be told what to tell the DEA by Nacho on orders of Lalo and then Gus. I think this will eventually be how Lalo gets screwed.
I could be way off, but as of right now that makes the most sense to me based off of what we know happens later.

No for two reasons. He knows Lalo can't go against the family and rat out Gus. Also Nacho will be telling Gus everything Lalo is up to, so if Lalo did decide to do something crazy like that Gus would know first.
