Agree, but couldn't help thinking, "once again, worthless, fat Kate nowhere to be found."
These guys were fighting over their mother's care (on the surface) at least. She is never "to blame" or supportive of their mom. No one would dare call her out for crying about her dog, which sent her dad into the house to begin with. I just really really hate her character.

Maybe I wasn’t paying well enough attention, but was the young doctor related to the old doctor?
Also, the girl from the art museum is Kate and Tobys adopted daughter it seems.

I can see both of their points of view but damn that was nasty stuff they said to each other.
What was more shocking to me is the Madison being pregnant with Kevin's kids. Didn't see that coming.

Yeah, no matter how quickly they reconcile (you know it's still heated on their birthday, since it's late Jan/early Feb) you can't ever take that stuff back.
Broke my heart to see Sophie smile at Kevin's nipple ad. I still want the two of them together.
Nicky was wearing a wedding band at Rebecca's bedside. Did he and Cassidy get together? That would be super weird, but stranger things have happened.
No Kate at Rebecca's deathbed, either. Nor Miguel.
We don't know the name of Kevin's twins.
Gray Kevin/Randall have a good 10-15 years on them, so Rebecca's dementia isn't too quick to take her down completely.
Jack Damon's sister who worked at the art gallery and rushed to see Jack & his wife & new baby is seeing a movie star, but we don't have any idea who it is. Maybe someone she meets through Kevin?
Mrs. Vox caught in last year's season finale, when Kevin walks through the door to the Cabin mansion, there's some kind of trophy case, and there's an award there. Looks like Kevin's quest for validation as an actor is fruitful.

Wait. What? The moment Kevin showed up at Kate & Toby's door and Madison answered it, wasn't it obvious? Particularly with the show confirming the one night stand, the make-up brunch w/ Madison & Kate, etc.

I don't believe so. The young Dr who was trying to break the new horse with his daughter is Madison's OB/GYN. At the surface, that's it. His daughter's advice on not giving up on the new horse was what convinced Madison to come clean with Kevin about his being the father.

She was going to see Jack's baby. Her co-worker was assuming that she was going to see a movie star.

You can gauge that just with Kevin/Madison’s twins. They looked to be around 10 years old.

thought that was fairly obvious where it was headed, otherwise that one night stand would have been fairly pointless. Though I'd bet he's not married to her in the future since they went out of their way to not show her in the flash forward
