Last episode they rolled up on this place and started firing at some Saviors. One of the Saviors threw a grenade at them.

The weird part was that building they are in front of, they sniped a lookout in front of that building too. So, not sure if it's the same place or if the producers just messed up in reusing the same location when filming.

It was a good action episode.
I thought it could have used some structure to explain what the hell was happening a couple of times but that may just be me.

This show has never really done the moral quandaries well IMHO. There was no good reason to leave that a-hole guy alive after he admitted he was fooling them and it was way dangerous not to kill him. Even tied up I wouldn't feel safe with him alive.
