Because its easier to discuss the particular episode in one thread? Again if I was actually posting spoilers then it would be a problem.
It's funny how this thread has went 40 pages, and I started posting in it at the beginning, discussing the episode and not causing any problems, and two offhanded comments cause people to lose their shite? Seems the problem is with the people losing their shite is it not? After all if I was intending to cause problems you think it would have been before page 35 would it not? If I wanted to cause problems I would have on Page 1 I guess?

I thought someone had posted something about her from the comics...but maybe that was a screenshot from the show footage. I remember a "Sophia spoiler" thread because I accidentally clicked it (like a fricking idiot), and have never clicked "Back" so fast in my life. 
I believe comic pics of zombie Shane were posted though.

I don't read them but I know that two of them are...Shane and Gov. Maybe I shouldn't have said "lots" of things about Gov, but he is certainly in the comics and things about him from there were definitely in the show.
But even if only one is true, that's proof enough that comic discussion and show discussion should remain completely separate, which is why we have threads for readers to discuss the shows as compared with the book(s).

Like I said I've been posting in this thread since page 1, discussing the episode etc. Only two offhanded comments 35 pages later that didn't spoil anything caused people to lose their shite. Maybe I'm not the problem?

These things are not the same. Talking about information that relates only to the tv show (like who is on set) has nothing to do with the comic. Blogs about the tv show only could easily tell you the answer to the question.

I think this dude might have posted other stuff that would actualy be considered spoilers. But Coco is just absurd when it comes to spoilers. So yes posting a dead character's race from the comics is a spoiler

Is the Gov in the comics? Does he have an eyepatch? Is the prison in the comics? Is Michonne in the comics? Did she have walker pets? Did Shane turn in the comics? Did Carl shoot him?
All of those things have happened on the show and came from the comics...and some of them have been spoiled/semi-spoiled before by idiots in episode discussion threads. And the only reason I know most of those are from the comics is because of readers on here.

The main reason I've sort of taken that on is because non-things lead to small things which lead to big things. It's happened several times in the past where a reader as straight up ruined things for others. So keeping the discussions separate is the best thing to alleviate that from happening.

Of course that's not going to "spoil" the show, and I've said that multiple times. But that kind of comic detail leads to other things, which leads to more things and soon enough, it's comic readers having their own discussion (and talking about comic shite) amongst nonreaders and things get spoiled. You can't act like that doesn't happen around here.

Yes. Because otherwise you'll keep bringing up comic shite in the "*no comic discussion*" thread. I honestly don't understand why/how you don't get that.
