It seemed like Conan was a little nervous, i'm sure it will pick up though. Overall i call it an average show, his skits sucked.
Right before the show, on the news some jackass was talking about it and said that Conan had to tone down his show due to his earlier slot and "older" viewers. If he does this, it will be a complete failure. Leno was horrible and in No way funny, hopefully Conan "keeps it real".

im not really a conan fan but i enjoyed his show last night. thought the biden part was hilarious

I thought the show was funny. He did say at some point last night that there would be no real "topical humor" due to the amount of stuff they wanted to fit in. I'm sure it'll be just like the usual Conan shows. Can't wait.

That was kind of funny when he was talking about being a little kid and seeing Johnny Carson and thinking I want to be him someday, then he said, I know there is a little kid out there tonight watching me saying.....What the hell is wrong with that guys hair!

Overall, I liked what I saw of Conan's show last night. I went to bed while Will Ferrell was talking, but I laughed a lot at the Universal Studios tour.
