agreed Breesus - and i like the look of Will Smith's character as well.
i know next to nothing about the movie, but its making me want to go buy back issues of the comic to get caught up - and I never buy DC titles.

She looks great. Looks like she has a bat instead of a mallet. Although you can't completely tell.

Harley from the New 52 Suicide Squad comics does wear red & blue instead of the traditional red & black look from a lot of iterations.

Some people are saying they hate the direction of the Joker. I think he will evolve over time throughout the movies. In many renditions he starts out as a "street punk" but becomes a criminal mastermind over time. They're going to take it slow with The Joker. He will be involved a lot in the DC cinematic universe. No reason to rush things.

I have no problem with tattoos. Harley and the Joker aren't classy individuals. People need to get the frick over it.
Also, the look isn't as important as the portrayal of the characters.

Problem with this is if Batman v Superman is in the same universe as Suicide Squad, then Joker just started becoming a thug and isnt even a mastermind yet and Batman is already old and past his prime.
That would annoy the shite out of me.
But i am still excited about this. Leto's Joker looks like it will be an awesome rendition.
