Missing from the photo are Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood, Raymond Olubowale, Alex Meraz, Jim Parrack, and Common in addition to Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller, and of course Jared Leto.

i think they should gave gone with a smaller team of people instead of like 10 people, only 1 or 2 of which the casual movie goer will know going in.

That's a good point. This is a ton of characters, and it's missing several others, Leto included.

They should've cut Slipknot, El Diablo, and possibly Enchantress.
I also don't like having both Flagg and Deadshot on the same team. They should've gone with just Deadshot.
