Okay. Got two different jail endings. Also the fight with the therapist I chose to jump and a director yelled "cut" and I was the actor filming the show.
I need to let Colin go and not tell the wife what happened.
Trying now to save mom again.

Very untisfying.
Remember there is always the option of turning the show off. So frick the lack of free will.

I didn't like parts of the story where it essentially made you do it over again and make the choice it wanted you to make.
It's all about the "illusion" of choice.

The story was mehh to me and really didn't understand what was supposed to be "real" vs. a wrong path after going back and forth throughout the movie.
I began dreading hearing my PS4 controller vibrate as a signal to select a choice.

Seems the only real ending is dying on the train and dying in the office at the same time.
The 5/5 ending you go to jail, the 2.5/5 ending is the only one you survive with a decent game.

This was a test pilot. People expecting perfection after the first go are nuts. The depth and near seamless execution of this format should be appreciated. Even if this story didn't knock it out of the park (I think it came close. The acid scene alone was worth the price of admission. The format had a few hiccups with having to go back and whatnot) the ambition is something to behold and value.
Think of this as the beginning of something, rather than a finished product.

Just ran thru it a couple times and I’m going back thru it. I enjoyed it, it’s interesting as hell and something different which is something we need more of in movies
As for the complaints about being “wrong”, they were simply giving you a choice to go back instead of having to rewatch the entire thing again. You’re asking for an impossible task to have every single decision have a completely different story branch. It would take so much damn money to make that happen although I will say I became a rebel and was saying “no” to talking about the mom for like 5 times, but just in a story telling POV it was nessesary to have any form of coherent story telling. So if I chose no, then the story ends.
My first run did feel weird just because I didn’t really know what was a real ending. And then I did the mother/son both dying ending and it felt like a real ending. And made me want to watch the others reading this thread

Watched it last night, I thought is was good and right along the Black Mirror path of shows. Mirror is always a few steps ahead it seems of what is going to happen in our real world and I see "choose your own adventure" becoming more of a thing. The 80s are in-style now.

Netflix is going to keep using this tool they built, enhance it further, build a psychological profile database on every user member and eventually sell the database for serious profit. Or perhaps they are already under government contract to do so. ??

Netflix will think I’m nuts since multiple people use my single profile account
