I don't know if Chuck/Kim will die. Chuck is more likely. They will be out of his life, but I don't think it guarantees death, especially not for Kim.

How do you overlook the fact that Kim wasn't seen, heard or alluded to 1 time in 5 years of BB...yet we have seen over a dozen BB characters already in BCS?

I don't overlook it. For starters they hadn't dreamed Kim up at the time they were filming BB.
We also never really see Saul outside of his few meetings with Walt, Jesse, Mike.
This is why I said in the op that I think ISZA was their only option to give Kim a connection to BB up until we see her part in BCS.

They never showed Saul get laid, go on a date, or even kiss a woman in 5 years of BB either but are we supposed to believe that nothing like that ever happened just because we didn't see it?

Right now, Kim is primed for going over to the dark side, whether intentionally or not. Like I said in the recent episode thread, Jimmy is now on the sidelines for 12 months, but I suspect that someone like Mike will need to lawyer up before then. Obviously Jimmy's not gonna send Mike somewhere else, so enter Kim...

I think that idea is possible, but I just don't see it going down like that. I think Jimmy is too protective put Kim in front of the scumbags.
I think her role will just be to cover the backside of the Goodman law firm from a business perspective. Handle the cash and keep the government from looking too closely at the money.
I just don't think he would risk her safety or career. I think she will still have her own firm with business clients.

Yeah, I have saved a few bookmarks. I have no problem with people disagreeing. It's the people that just say it's stupid without a reason why that piss me off. Those and the people that think they should decide for the whole board what is allowed to be said. In the last thread they talked about the theory for 3 pages straight without a response from me, with some people ridiculing me. When I responded they then spent another 3 pages telling me to quit cluttering the thread.

All of that makes perfect sense...but, if Mike needs a lawyer, who's he gonna call? Him and Jimmy are kinda on shaky ground as it is, so I'd have doubts that'd they be continuing their association in BB, had Jimmy ended up sending Mike elsewhere. Of course, none of this matters if Mike (or, if not Mike, maybe even someone like Nacho) doesn't need a lawyer in the next year, but if I was a betting man, I'd be leaning in the "yes, he'll need one" category, lol...
