If anybody cares, Indy extended showtimes into mid-September for 70mm IMAX.
Thanks for the heads up. Had some friends trying to get tickets and they also extended the showings in Chicago too. If they keep selling, it could be in 70mm until Dune 3.

We're a gang now??
Dude is the biggest liar on the board but calls everyone else liars. Really and I've said this before. This is all a troll. This is a game he's playing for his personal entertainment.

Watched this last night, and while the casting didn’t bother me nearly as much as I thought it would, I just didn’t really dig it overall. In fact the first 2/3rds of the movie I didn’t enjoy, the final third sort of saved it for me.
Ultimately it’s comfortably a 5 or 6/10, and easily in the bottom half of his movies for me. Can’t imagine rewatching it, and I think his only other ones I haven’t rewatched are Oppenheimer & TDKR.

You really don’t have to prove my arguments for me but thanks anyway.

Saw it last night, enjoyed it enough. I thought the score had potential to be more memorable but overall solid. It’s a long movie

Yep, it’s a long, mid movie.

This movie is the biggest piece of shite ever relative to the hype and people giving it 10/10 and saying it's the best movie ever need a fricking lobotomy.
At best a 6.5/10 just on visuals and practical sets. The script, acting, and pacing were horrible. The third act felt like an eternity. Just a discombobulated mess.

I was still put off by "Elliot" page being in it.
Fortunately she was briefly on screen
As an aside, I am blown away reading responses in this thread that seem deeply upset that anyone could like the film.
It isn't The Birth of a Nation. . .or worse, Monkeybone. The existence of enjoyment shouldn't be so offensive.
Also annoying are the "It made money, suck it chuds!" crew.
we need much less of both

You can like what you will. Aside from everything I mentioned in my previous post, I also didn't care for leaving the theater feeling like I got earfricked by an F-16 for 3 hours.
