I’m not going to change your mind, but there is enough for this interpretation of Galadriel.
You don’t agree with it, but this isn’t a solid fact one way or another. It’s a fictional history.

because she is female.
Done with this asshat
If Galadriel was male and Celeborn his queen, do you make any assumptions differently? Do you say "well yeah, I guess he probably did fight, and kick some arse", or do you stay locked into the opinion that no physical combat was engaged by him?
Put it this way, remove Elrond's "I was there" speech. At this point, he's a poet and a healer, and runs Rivendell. Trolls harrassed Bilbo and Thorin's group not far away in The Hobbit, you need a Ranger (not Elves) to fend off danger in the initial journey to Rivendell in Fellowship. You get to Rivendell, and it's all "ahh, bliss. Elves singing, watching waterfalls and leaves falling". What impression do you get that Elrond, or any of the other Elves there, could wreck shop on an army of Orcs? And yet, they have.
Galadriel the wise Elf Lady gives a certain impression, and it definitely isn't "warrior". Not my first thought, either. But we have to go back and look at the broader picture, in that any Noldor from Valinor could likely wipe the floor with a dozen Boromirs of Gondor, and not break a sweat. They are superior to Silvan Elves, and Legolas is basically a cheat code in combat.
I think the movies do the Elves a great disservice with Two Towers, having Lorien send a detachment of Elves who then die in combat. If you take that from a book perspective, that group should have made a huge difference in the battle, and at worst case scenario would be the last ones standing.
Again, look at Legolas, he's simply a Wood Elf. He's a 'super ninja' not because he's Legolas the Badass, but because he's an Elf. Every one of those Elves should have been about the same level, give or take; now put 100 of them on the battlefield at one time.
Different tactics maybe, but you're telling me they can hold the borders of a forest against Dol Guldur in the battles of Middle Earth (and they do), but can't hold a castle in a siege? They'd all have run out of arrows killing the Orcs exposed beyond the wall first, with nary a miss. So take maybe 1-2 thousand of the Orcs off the list. Then, you have likely a kill ratio of 10 or even 20 to 1 in close combat (that was Legolas's score)... with the forces of Rohan at their side.

He clarified it to mean she was an athlete in the same sentence.
No, diving off the boat in the middle of the Sundering Seas, near the coast of Eldamar, and swimming back to Lindon, is not the easiest thing to do. But we have humans that can swim the English Channel, who's to say an acclaimed Elven athlete couldn't do far greater?

I think The critic aggregate has been fair.
I said Earlier the audience rating won’t be reliable. A frick ton of rating bombs.
It’s not a 10 but it’s not a 1 either. I think it’s improving episode 2 was better than episode 1

I thought the LSU vs UCLA game was good last year.
I’ve given up hope that it could be 2019 again.

Men- we don't officially know about stuff yet, but we do know the Men of Middle Earth (in the Southlands) served Morgoth. That fits in line with the Edain, who fought alongside the Elves against him, leaving to go to Numenor. But we haven't actually addressed the Edain as of yet.
Elves- so far, pretty uniform, and pretty much all Noldor. All, including Arondir, came from Valinor in war against Morgoth (or were born of families who did).
That excludes the Sindar, who never left Middle Earth to begin with. Who also, if you read, includes MOST of the Elves of both Mirkwood and Lothlorien (not yet in play), and perhaps most importantly- Celeborn.
Relevant potentially; as those Sindar often thought the Noldor arrogant and responsible for a lot of the problems they had... and Galadriel seems to epitomize that attitude as of now.
Dwarves, at this point, own the Misty Mountains, including Moria, and should also own Mount Gundabad. No real mention of the First Age strife with the Elves yet; but that would be an issue that Celeborn would be more in tune with.
Not sure about this, but at some point, did the Meteor Man/Stranger start speaking the Black Speech? I think I heard some ash mentioned.
Also, the star constellation with the fireflies; is there anything other than the Sickle of the Valar noted? I guess Earendil, but that should be a lone star.

They've bastardized everything by allowing black people to play roles in a television show. Do y'all realize how fricking pathetic y'all sound?

How many episodes are there in a season? Thus far, the plot has barely moved an inch in the first two episodes.

But why though? Do you not see how you cheapen the world? If color doesn't matter why does it matter so much?
