Percy's we've seen
Vex is physically weak, extremely protective of Trinket (her bear) and kind of a slut - her greed is more a flaw I think
Keylith is extremely insecure but is by far the most powerful of the group - and has moral compass that causes her to judge others, but then acts worse than them.
Grog is flat out stupid (Travis rolled a 6 on Intelligence which basically means he can't read). At one point in the campaign, he is changed into an eagle and his intelligence INCREASES. He's also the runt of his tribe. - the scene with Pike teaching him to read, and then it fading, is one of the saddest little moments of the stream.
Vax is very protective of his sister. The twins both hate their father. - and a bit of a maverick hot head. He goes off solo a few times and almost pays the ultimate price for it.
Pike is struggling with her faith...which is bad when you're a cleric. - and that's why her hair is white. She did something pre-stream that was so against her faith that she lost connection to her goddess for a while. When her acts of faith restored her power, her hair turned white.
We all know Scanlan is a womanizer, but he has a secret that, when he finds out about it, shakes him so much that he takes a leave of absence from the party later in the campaign. - Yep. And Scanlan's flaw is that he uses humor and vulgarity to hide his soft heart and broken spirit.

supposed to be Fridays, but only the first three are still up (unless the one for today dropped early yesterday)

Good point. Her alignment actually changes from Chaotic Good to Chaotic Neutral as a result.

Almost? (that's all I'm going to spoil)
In my mind I hear Hugo Weaving's voice as Singorn (Matt even voiced him that way).

3 per week. 4-6 drop next week.

ah, so they dropped early then. I though they had come out last week and I had just missed them.

Prime does their release different from Netflix, Hulu and Disney+.
The others drop at Midnight Pacific Time. Prime drops at Midnight Eastern Time.

I remember watching this live.
As previously stated, I'm not a Keylith fan. And I've heard that Marisha is a big fan of the herb, and at the break will often times smoke a bowl.
Her game play usually turns to shite after the break, and I'd bet that's why. Her happy go-lucky demeanor in your clip tells me this was after a break. Yeah, she had no idea how important that Death Save roll really was.
It was after a break that the whole "goldfish incident" happened as well. And she was clearly grooving on some good lettuce.
In general, Marisha's personality bugs me. Especially when she argues with Matt about his rulings, or when she hasn't read her spells to know what they do. She's screwed the party numerous times with that shite.
BUT, when I actually met her at the live show, she was very cool and fun to talk to. Completely changed my attitude towards her.

When I first started watching the show it took me almost 4 months to catch up. By that time they were already at episode 105.
Even the goldfish incident doesn't rank as the dumbest thing a character has ever done.
Grog's action in the finale of campaign 1 will always be the top of that list. The difference is that Travis was doing something completely in character. The most hilarious part of that exchange though was Sam's joke line afterwards ended up becoming 1/3 of the one-shot later on.

In all fairness...neither did Matt until she made the save.

I have no idea what any of this means.

The entire show is based on a Dungeons and Dragons campaign played by a group of voice actors (who are voicing their own characters in the series) on a web series called Critical Role.
The campaign setting itself was created from scratch by the Dungeon Master, Matthew Mercer and became so widely popular it became an official campaign setting by Wizards of the Coast, the subsidiary of Hasbro who is basically the governing body of Dungeons and Dragons.
After the first campaign, they started a kickstarter and pledged that, if they raised $750,000 they would get a single 30-minute episode animated.
Narrator: They raised over $12 Million
At the time the series is set, the group has been together for almost 2 years and the individuals are fairly powerful (Character levels 9-11 in Dungeons and Dragons - Maximum level in 5th edition is 20).

No I get that, I was saying more I didn't understand that the one roll could have ruined the entire campaign ha.

I'm delving into spoiler territory here.
At that point in the campaign, the party had gone to Dis, in the 6th layer of the Nine Hells, in order to permanently kill a Rakshasa who they had sent back to the Hells and had pledged to come back for them after he was dealt with.
Keep in mind that, due to Ashley Johnson's filming schedule with The Blacklist, she (and by extension Pike) had frequent absences where either Matt had to play her or the narrative just had her away.
Also at this point in the campaign, Scanlan had left the party.
So not only do you have a party with no cleric, but also a party in which only one member knows the "Plane Shift" spell.
At that point in the video, Keylith was reduced to 0 hit points and was bleeding out. Marisha already failed two death saves. Had she failed the third death save, Keylith is dead, the party has no resurrection spells and no way to escape as a horde of devils are bearing down on them.
That's "fade to black - YOU ARE DEAD" territory with no way to load a save.
Matt flat out states in that video, "Had you not made that save...Campaign Over".

Watching it again, it looks like they just skipped the entire Kraghammer Arc (where Lady Kima goes missing in the Underdark and is captured by Mind Flayers) and unfortunately the Slayer's Take portion, which means no Zahra, Kashaw or Lyra.
I have a feeling season one will end with four individuals making their presence known.
The series can really only go 4 seasons.
Season 1 - Briarwoods
Season 2 - Conclave
Season 3 - "One Year Later"
Season 4 - Whispered One
Unless they want to go in the Second and Third Campaigns, which take place 20 and 25 years after Campaign One, respectively, they're limited.

Well, since new watchers won't know any better, and long time fans probably wouldn't care, they could always still do the Slayer's Take story, just wedge it in between two of the ones you listed below. Their writers are good enough, especially with Matt's help, to swap stuff around and not screw up the continuity.
Getting to see Kashaw, Zahra, and Lyra would smooth things over with purists I bet.
ALthough yes, you're right, season 1 ending with those 4 individuals showing up is a perfect way to suck people in to season 2.
Also, I think one of the reasons they skipped Kraghammer is because Wizards of the Coast has a really solid lock on creative rights to the Beholder. So no Kvarn.
I like that story, but I'm ok without it.

I thought Taldorei and Wildmount were official 5e settings now.

They are. But I read that There is still a line between WotC and Amazon on some things. Did you notice that the blue dragon was missing its iconic rhino horn? Word is that it was because of licensing issues with WotC and Amazon.
