Also, Rafi was the worst thing that could have ever happened to that show. They had to keep it in the realm of real world, and he's just so far gone.

I binged it all before the last season started and you can tell they just gave up in the episode where they gave Rafi's back story. If I wouldn't have spent so much time watching the rest of the series no way I would have watched the last one.

Taco and Rafi in small doses (as Rafi was meant to be originally) were wonderful, but when they started taking up half an episode with their own storyline it just got too dumb.

When they started introducing actual football players where they hang out, i stopped watching. That and it became too forced of a laugh. But the premise was supposed to be about a group of guys in a fantasy league. However, the show lost all credibility when they had Ochocinco and Marshawn Lynch running their fantasy board for them (or whoever the hell it was).

That and i found all of the actors to be extremely irritating.

I watched the first four seasons, haven't watched since. Based on this thread I think I stopped at the right time...

The early episodes were basically Sunny

God no.

Sunny has worlds better writing and acting. I can watch a sunny episode and still laugh.

Like Peazey said, The League relied on more shock and one time gags that don't hold up well in repeat viewings. For example, the Mr Mcgiblets scene was hilarious the first time I saw it, but not nearly as funny the next go round.

That was physically painful to watch.

I thought it was alright when it was a Bears player every now and then, since they were set in Chicago... but then they went nuts.

Rafii could at least occasionally get a laugh. I found myself wanting to skip through every time you'd see Taco walk up with some retarded idea.

Not sure who's worse, Taco or Raffii.

For some reason I really like Raffi. Can totally understand why people hate on that character so much but he cracks me up most of the time

Rafi was way, way overused, but when he hit, it was hysterical. The end of the scrote squad episode was gold; Pete's driving, while Brian is Shiva blasting and humping the Shiva on top of the car, and then Rafi pops up behind Pete, "Hey Tall Guy!", and you just know what's going to happen next.
