Real life Abby has a punchable face. She's freckled/ginger. Last of Us did a pretty bad job at getting attractive girls on set. In reality, her posse wouldn't give a shite about a 25 year old girl wanting revenge on her dad's murderer. They would be way more focused on surviving and not putting themselves in a position to die, nor hiking 50 miles in -20 degree wind chill for some 25 year old girl to get revenge. Not how real life works.

If I'm Joel, and that girl grabs a golf club, and I know I'll eventually die because 4 other people with guns at me. Might as well attempt go full havoc on her, try to kill her. It's either die fighting back or die not fighting back. I'd do the former just because Abby character sucks. Suffocate her with her body on top of you, so the others won't shoot. Show her how "real tough" she is when she gets to 1 on 1 combat with a grown man.

It’s her own fault. She’s not LGBTQ and she’s a good actress. Hollywood isn’t a fan of that combo. Really sucks because Cailee and Dina played together on the movie alien romulus.
It was impossible wanting to finish the game after the Joel scene in the game. It’s one of the worst downfalls in video game history. I wonder if the show will suffer like the game.

Best episode of tv the show has put out overall. Unfortunately the only thing I know about the games is how bad they get after he dies.

Joel had taken a shotgun blast to the knee and was likely going into shock. Not to mention he was going along with it because they would have killed Dena.
And on top of that, he knew the revenge he had coming to him finally found him.

That’s honestly not true. It was a beautiful game that focused on how anger and revenge ultimately lead to one’s downfall. Sure it was stupid that Abby was built like a tank (and the game explained why though it was still dumb) but other than that it told one hell of a story that’s only getting started.

I mean you can lol all you want but it was a pretty incredible game and I enjoyed the ride thoroughly. But I know a lot of folks got awfully triggered by some of the "woke" themes throughout.

Switching to Abby immediately after she kills the beloved series protagonist (to that point) was a poor choice. The story was weak overall, and that was definitely key.
They have you playing as someone you want dead.
Really took me out of it for hours, just going through the motions.
People who liked it tried to make everyone who didn't, feel like they "just didn't get it". But the reality is we did get it, it was just poorly executed. The game was good, but for the story.
