TLOU3 game is already in production iirc.
That’s incorrect.
There is nothing confirmed, but it is highly, highly likely that they have at least started preproduction

Good Lord is there anything that doesn’t offend you? First it was gays now it’s women

Doubt anybody would care or notice as long as they didn't waste an entire episode harping over the otherwise irrelevant fact.

Hard to say really. In a dystopian catastrophe, a whole lot of funny incredible things can happen. And being soft spoken does not prevent one from being a great leader and exceptionally cruel. Indeed such people, in such a world, might even be more dangerous and successful depending on the background and context. Who's to say at some point she didn't have competition for that leadership position, and if so, where's that competition now?

Spend all episode with them. End episode with him showing his leg wound.
Start next with reaction and death. Skip ahead to Wyoming.

Her husband may have been a respected leader and she earned her spot. Then he died and they kept her in position. Though many other men resent her and wait for her to screw up and take her spot. Though they know that so many were loyal to her departed husband.

I can see this season ending with her just getting to the hospital.
Leave what follows for next year.

Well, she's supposed to be a villain. Villains aren't allowed to be gay or black. We're lucky she's a woman

They've already confirmed this season covers all of the first game

I made the comment last night as we were watching that we should've just waited until all of the episodes came out to watch. It's a bit of a slow burn, but I already know the major plot points so I'm still interested. I'm glad the episode ended with Henry and Sam as it did to give a bit of a lead in to what's going to happen next week.
Seeing the relationship with Joel and Ellie form has been well done, IMO. I can't wait to see the reactions from people who didn't play the game in future episodes.

It's certainly on pace to cover the entire first game, we're almost at the halfway point of the game already.

Not really wanting to see Henry and Sam play out again.

I just finished that part on the remake. Knowing what would happen made it not as bad as i remember it being.

Nah now the reason to bitch, is how dare they allow a woman to be in charge. It’s like they’re stuck in 1955 or something. Fungus evolving in the matter of decades to turn people into zombies is ok but woman in charge now that’s pure fantasy

That's gonna be rough, if it's done right.
Will be great TV though.

Sam being even younger and deaf is going to make it even harder. I know they deviated a bit here and there but this is where they need to stick with the game. Henry killing infected Sam and then shooting himself is so sudden and shocking and sets a new darker tone for the world.

Assuming they don’t deviate from the game there, that will be be a tough scene to watch.

It was this moment in the game that hit me hardest, even harder than Sarah's death.
