As to why she didn’t call the cops after spotting him:
1) I imagine she was drunk and wasn’t in a solid state of mind to do so. Plus: no college kid wants the cops at your house. Plus: if you’re young (or old) there’s a sense of unreality. Lots of us, especially when youngest, have likely had scary moments laying in bed, worried something weird or bad was happening, then convinced ourselves to go to sleep and all was good in morning.
2) I wouldn’t doubt if there were drugs in house. Even MJ. As a young adult, you would try to avoid calling cops for fear of possibly getting one of your roommates in trouble if they happened to have something on them and you were the one who called the cops to the house.
The thing that’s weird to me, and I think there’s clearly a good explanation, it how they call in the morning and say, on the 911 recording, that one of their roommates is passed out and won’t wake up. It’s like… there’s blood everywhere and she’s clearly dead. But I guess that they just couldn’t get her to open her door and they hadn’t actually opened it either at that point. But that’s just weird as well. Like: you’re calling he cops but you haven’t actually opened her door to check on her yet?

I don’t understand the hate for BF or DM. They’re drunk college students and weren’t thinking straight due to a combination of alcohol and fear. An intruder murdering your roommates is the last thing you’d think.
Only Hunter entered the room that morning to see inside Xana’s room. I’m glad she didn’t open that door. I imagine Dylan said that because everyone was drinking and she assumed she was passed out because she wasn’t answering her phone. That’s my speculation as to her reasoning.
ETA: I got that wrong. Hunter told the girls to call 911 and gave a fake reason (unconscious person) as to not cause widespread panic and trauma.

They also mentioned her drinking a lot the night before on the 911 call like it was some drunken emergency. Did they not see the blood and gore???? That was weird.
Those kids were all over the house, but until the cops got there it turned into something different than drunk kids being passed out.
I don’t drink but don’t judge kids being confused at that age. The alcohol really screwed a lot of things up here. Teach your kids.

I just want Kohlberger to say why/how he chose that house and explain his planning process. Sucks we never got that.

Mostly restating of previous documentaries although the timeline was done in a well, concise manner and the cop body cam footage at the beginning was new for a documentary. It was released 6+ months ago so if you follow this case hardcore you’ve already seen it.

Dylan heard incorrectly. It was Xana who said something after walking upstairs to see what the commotion was in Kaylee’s room. BK chased her down the stairs back into her room where Ethan was sleeping. Xana put out a hell of a fight. Poor girl.
