it'd be really easy to have the world, and to completely move on from HP. The scope of the people involved in HP is actually pretty damn tiny.

I am a huge Harry Potter fan, and what you're proposing sounds bad TBH. Not saying I could do better, but I dk it just seems too cut and paste and not original. But shite I'm gonna read it either way

Hey, I tried.

EDIT: I think I said the wrong thing. I don't mean send Harry, Ron, and Hermione to Auror school. I'm saying send a different batch of American characters to Auror school that are in no way connected with Harry Potter. Harry and company would simply be mentioned and not appear, since I'd imagine that kinda like the Elves and Dwarves in Lord of the Rings, they'd be dealing with their own Wizarding/Muggle War in their own country. My point is you don't start the new characters off at 11 again and start them when they're entering adulthood.

If you still think that idea sucks, oh well, as I said I tried.

I'd be happy if she just rewrote the last bit of DH2 and actually added some semblance of detail to the denouement. The battle, conclusion, and epilogue were so rushed it took away from the rest of the books for me.

It's going to follow Newt Scamander as he writes fantastic beasts and where to find them.

That should be cool

The universe has so much potential. I think a cool concept would be a book/film on the creators of Hogwarts. Their lives leading up to and after the school is founded.

A book surrounding an early 20s Dumbledore and Grindlewald could be legit.

I'm just concerned that the British Wizarding World has already been completely milked and that they need to change locations for it to work again. Maybe go greatly in the past before the founding of the Ministry of Magic, but that's it.

I'd love a series on the first Order of the Phoenix. Think that would be pretty cool.

I think all of this could be fascinating.

I don't necessarily want a book on the first order of the Phoenix but I think a book following an Auror or group of Aurors fighting in the first war against voldemort would be great.

Just imagine the tension and hopelessness in that book

Or a book on the life of Tom Riddle. Kind of like what Star Wars did by going back and making a series based soley on Anikin.

So a magical version of Kurt and Blaine from Glee but with actual dick sucking?

If agents of shield hits it big I could see Fox with Auror a serial TV show set around aurors during the first wizarding war. Of course being Fox it would last one season.

I was mainly talking about after Dumbledore and Grindlewald broke apart and started working against each other.

A TV show surrounding that era would be awesome.

Especially if someone like HBO picked it up. Although that would probably be blocked by Warner brothers and JKR

Hope that was sarcasm, because 2.5 billion worldwide for the trilogy makes it great by film standards.
