Can't wait for this. Need to set an alarm to remind me to set my DVR this afternoon when I get home.
I wish CT would be on the show full time, but he's got it made riding on reputation at this point, and is a draw and MTV (and he) knows it. So they pay him for minimal work. Sounds like a good gig to me.
I do wish Turbo was on though. I liked him and he was so interesting as the oddball badass.
I'm already sick of "Ninja Natalie" though. She borderline sucks at this (which she shouldn't), and her personality is worse.
Glad Jordan is back. He still has maybe done the biggest 180 on me since he started on the show. I absolutely loathed that dude, and now I borderline love him. Had no idea he and Tori were together though...that makes me wish Brad was on this season.
Interested to see the format this year. And I also hope they continue with the old challenge ways like last season. It made a HUGE difference and the show benefited from that.

He's on as one of the reinforcements... I guess doing a USA vs. UK theme left him out of the main cast.

not the same tori. can't really tell if your stream of consciousness just went from tori to brad or if you are mixing them up.

Oh, well shite. I assumed it was the same Tori that Brad had married. I see now that it's the same one he was hooking up with before after she broke up with that completely useless black dude (Derrick?). For whatever reason, I forgot her name was Tori as well.

Yeah, hopefully the reinforcements will be more than just one-episode mercenaries... although it is sort of bullshite for the rest if they get to come in halfway through and then get a chance to win it all.

That’s a different Tori. Brad’s Tori was an old school brunette that doesn’t do the shows anymore. Jordan’s Tori is fairly new and was dating black Derek until she cheated on him with Jordan

I’m not positive but I get the impression the reinforcements actually participate every week and end up in the game for good at some point.
I don’t understand why they cast two Americans as reinforcements though. Why not just have 15 people on each team with the two people you want but who don’t fit the format as reinforcements?

i heard on a podcast that the reinforcements actually replace the first 4 people eliminated or something along those lines. so if team uk loses a person in an elimination they can pick any of the 4. so the way it was explained is that CT can actually end up on team uk if it played out that way. apparently they wanted both dee and turbo to be on the show, but neither fit for team uk so they had to figure out a way to get them on there. it was the podcast with scott yager and derrick kosinski so it very well could have been explained wrong. derrick isnt the brightest and has a hard time spitting words out sometimes.

CT is more of a liability these days and it saddens me because young, juiced up CT was awesome tv.

Not sure if anyone else gets in the mood to watch old Challenges when a new one starts, but if you are, check out Pluto Channel 323 - it's just old challenges. Currently finishing up Battle of the Exes 2. I've had this damn thing streaming in the background all day.

I’m so excited about the two team format. Haven’t had one of these in forever. The backstabbing that happens in these last for seasons. You can already see it heating up half an episode in.

Just started watching and I gotta admit, that first challenge looked kinda dangerous with them running at each other with those flag poles. Surprised no one got impaled by one.

First time watching the challenge in a few years. Wes looks the same as he did at 21. Dude literally looks and acts the same way. Ct is rocking a dad bod. Dont see how someone with his shape wins a challenge like this unless they just rig it to keep him around. Dude use to dominate these things. Its amazing these guys in their mid to late 30s still do these things. A normal person after 6-7 years would move on.
