Holy shite
And he looks taller than CT. Will be interesting to see if those muscles are just for show.
If not, he and Fessy could be the new major forces for the next era.

So official trailer just dropped today : LINK
It actually looks awesome. Iceland helps a lot, though. Its just an epic setting.
Observations from the trailer:
-Only 10 skulls this year
-Alliances are out the window (looks like your partner could actually be your enemy)
- production quality looks way, way bigger than last season or any before.
-really playing up the spy and fright and paranoia aspects of the game.
From the trailer, it looks like they've taken elements from a lot of past games and added them into one.
The Island: (limited keys/skulls) that seem like they can be taken.
Free Agents: Pairs/team game that is actually an individual challenge.
Heights are back: basically the same game that Diem freaked out on in Duel II (partner holds your arms as you dangle over a ravine.) Nany was freaking out just like Diem did.
This is actually the perfect game for John. Too bad he's not on it this year. The more deceptive the game structure, the better he does.

These Challenges are his only source of income, so I'm gonna say "nah".

Few thoughts from mega trailer:
-Lolo was in very very little. She either had zero camera time and drama (probably didn't happen) or she gets bounced or quits pretty early.
-It also looks like the established vets are being hunted by the huge Influx of rookies and they seem like they're banding together and putting a lot of past issue aside. Without John, it seems like Leroy, CT, Kyle, Devin, Fessy, Kam, Tori, Wes, Nelson and Cory have kind of had to band together to keep from getting picked off. That combo in the past would be almost unthinkable, but these rookies must be really good and there to win and kick ass... As opposed to many in the past who just wanted a little cash and lots of partying.
- The way they are presenting TJ (no more skater/BMX look) and the high, high production value, feels to me like they are going all out to try to get as many mainstream eyeballs on the show as possible. I even saw a commercial for the show on HGTV a couple weeks ago. That well beyond their traditional audience.
They're trying to become basically the Mad Max version of Survivor. From the trailer alone, it looks like they will have big ratings this year. If that happens, that will hurt John's status as an asset to the show. He's also old now, so he dosnst have much time left anyway, so there's that.

Was reading over on Reddit. Evidently Jordan and Tori have broken up. Not a surprise. Jordan would be very difficult to be around on a day to day basis.

Weren't they really deep into their engagement??? Jordan's perfect match always was Laurel. That black-hearted bitch is probably the only person that would not only tolerate his behavoir and personality, but encourage it.
Tori seems like a cool chick, but a bit high maintenence. Jordan being in Challenge time out probably didnt help matters either.

Isn't Aneesa like nearly 45? She's basically just there to fill the OG female quota now. CT has become the same for the dudes, but at least he is a legend.

Damn, I actually liked them together. I love Jordan, but part of that is because he's such a prick on the show. I can imagine if he's anywhere like that in real life he's probably difficult to live with.

Tori doesn't strike me as high maintenance at all, for whoever said that.
And Cara calling them ending...you could do the exact same thing for basically anybody else on the Challenge and be right. Shit, she and Abram didn't last, nor did she and Paulie.

The odds were in her favor.

Looks like CT may have shed a few lbs as well. Hopefully he won’t be doing the insecure “shirt pull” every 5 seconds this season.

Bear is in hot water again. He filmed him and Georgia having sex without her knowledge. Then he started showing it to other people and selling it on Only Fans. She is pissed and asking people on social media to DM her any evidence or interactions with Bear. He is such a POS. Cant imagine he ever returns to The Challenge.
