I forgot that his nephew was called in. That is a really good point. The embrace had me convinced Fredo was clueless, but he’d have to be really, really stupid not to realize what was going on when his nephew was called in.

Cant really understand the question. Maybe if it was phrased in comparison to some type of US monument I might be able to answer.

I always default to Michael Mann but Heat and Collateral have good endings along these lines. “Hey max... a guy gets on the MTA here in LA and dies... think anybody will notice ?”
