Anybody else watched this? Searched for the topic and didnt find anything.

Premise is elite chef (Jeremy Allen White) inherits family restaurant from older brother Michael (Jon Bernthal) and its a shitshow of a place that he is working to fix.

Episode 7, done in one shot, is the best episode of TV Ive seen this year.

Lip is a fantastic actor. He couldn't carry shameless because William h and emmy Rossum are also phenoms. He does well on his own

No kidding.

The beauty of it is, while knowing it doesnt work worth a shite, you've still done your due diligence using it.

There's no way Im the first to bring it up, but I aint digging past page one.

Really solid 1st season. Not sure how far a restaurant show can go but I'm interested

I think I started a thread about it weeks ago and they said the same thing. Search function is useless

This show pretty much nails what working back of house in a restaurant is like. It made me want to go burn a heater for the first time in 20 years.

Agree with everyone. It's fantastic. Well acted all around, imo.

4 episodes in and I'm enjoying it. Really wish they didn't say "thank you chef" 1,000 times per episode though.

It reminded me of my family restaurant especially when the chef was insulting him while he was plating

I said about 4 threads ago: There are more threads here about The Bear than episodes of The Bear.

If Chicken isn't going to add a decent search engine at least he could add a search box for a Google search already linked to TD. I get tired of typing in tigerdroppings.com into Google.
