New movie from Martin McDonagh starring Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson. Apparently it's a "spiritual sequel" to In Bruges. It's available on HBO.

It’s not nearly as good as “In Bruges” but it’s a damn good movie. Farrell and the woman that plays his sister are fantastic.

I'm about to I'm pretty stoked for it too. Big fan of all of Martin Mcdonagh's movies and this looks good.

A movie about a man deciding he doesn't wanna be friends with another man anymore should not be this entertaining lol. It's beautifully shot, there's a lot of funny coversations, the writing is top notch, the island is beautiful.

One of the best of the year for me. The acting from the 2 leads is great along with the sister and the younger guy dominic were excellent in the supporting roles.

Incredible movie. It left me speechless by the end. Not quite the perfection that is In Bruges, but its not that far off and its the movie of the year.

Farrell should easily win all awards for his performance and Keoghan should win supporting actor.

Loved In Bruge and this was very well done, and funny, but I don't think I'll rewatch it like In Bruge.

On another note, did anyone else think it was an allegory for the two sides of the Irish Civil War?

Holy shite, this movie hits you out of nowhere.

For anyone who bitches about Hollywood regurgitating old movie scripts and how the industry has killed the great stand-alone film... watch this movie.

The performances by the main four characters are outstanding.

It's a shame that it'll be compared to In Bruges, because they share nothing but great scripts, performances, and direction.

I'm gonna rewatch it at least once before it leaves HBO. It's not as funny as In Bruges but it was still pretty damn funny. Especially Dominic the island gom.

Incredible film. Colin Farrell should win an Oscar.

In my mind, Colm and his dog move in with Padraic. They become friends again and go back to the pub.

******SPOILER WARNING*******

Can someone explain how eating the finger killed the donkey? Was he supposed to have choked on it? That didn’t make sense to me.
