Don’t ask me where this thought came from but out of the blue it hit me.
Stans gal pal (who I said before is a Russky, IMHO) is there to work herself into the FBI through Stan. I see her mission detouring with Liz and Phillip deciding to get out of the game....she will try to off them to cover their identities much as the first family of spies in Season One got whacked. The question will be does she kill them? Does she kill Stan? Does she kill all the above?
She’s already got the interview for the FBI so she basically will be getting the intel the Center will need in the future as well as a replacement spy to take over for vacancy left by Liz and Phillip’s “departure”.
Just a thought.....

next 2 episodes are going to be off the walls. i have a feeling Stan finds out in the next episode so we can have some sort of big thing in the final one. so many loose ends to come together

With all due respect that would be a horrible ending 
Part of the greatness of this show is that we thought Renee might be KGB sent to work Stan and I guess can’t be 100% sure but once he left Counter Intelligence it would make zero sense for her to marry him and hang out for 3 years. Also she’s supposedly applying for a job in HR she’s not gonna get much if anything valuable from that. She was a nice red herring (no Red herring) but most likely just a regular American woman

I'm super pumped for these last two. I binged the whole series (rewatch) a couple of weeks ago and then binged this season to catch up. Timed it just right so I could have the last few episodes live.
It looks like the general consensus here is that someone important will die.
They have actually been rather historically accurate, in that no "illegals" were ever caught during this time period, and I don't think this is the type of show to go recreating history by making a big show of them outright arresting illegals.
I do think this is the type of show that will leave me pissed off in the end. Phillip, the only one that truly wanted out of the game and to have a normal life, will die. Paige and Elizabeth escape to Russia. Henry ends up the ward of a disgraced Stan.

When they first talked to Liz/Phil another being 2nd Gen and could work for the State Dept or CIA. I noticed at Paige’s age she would be in college when the Wall Fell and just starting to work when the USSR ended.
