So are we to assume Sterling and Blair aren’t twins, or that Dina just said “Sterling I’m your mother,” because that’s who she kidnapped. It certainly seems that Dina is only Sterling’s mother, but that doesn’t explain the telepathy or how no one would have discovered they weren’t twins from having different birth certificates, no baby pictures, etc.

My wife thinks Sterling and Blair are actually cousins. She explained the twin telepathy by saying they thought they were twins their whole life, so it just developed.
Don't think I buy that.
I don't think Blair is Sterling's sister though, just by how the crazy mom told her and not Blair
Neither of the parents seemed surprised though.
Now onto the real important issue, I'm cool with Sterling being gay, as long as it's not with the ugly arse girl who looks like a troll. She should be with someone way hotter

Yeah on one hand the way the mother said it makes me think that they aren't twins, and the different hair colors could have been foreshadowing this whole time. On the other hand the twin telepathy is my hang up, especially because they made sure to show the moms doing it.

Was very surprised his enjoyable it was.
The actress that plays Blair is a dancer in real life. You can see it in her muscle tone.
And yeah, I looked up that they're really 25, so I can comment on how smoking hot they are, lol.
