20-year-old Evans has become quite familiar with the jail cells in North Carolina in recent months -- she was just arrested in March for stalking ... and popped twice back in January for violating a restraining order and allegedly threatening her ex-roommate.

I think his mullet is growing its own mullet. 
We always talk about Maci being jealous of all Ryan's girlfriends and saying how she wants to be with him. Well this beach trip totally proved it. She is so jealous of Dallis. There is no doubt that she deep down wants to be with Ryan.
