Although there are a lot of good movies there, most of those are not Tarantino esque.

Watch the movies and genres that inspired him....
among QTs favorite films - he would say must watch:
Rolling Thunder - 1977
Sorcerer - 1977
The Thing - 1982
Rio Bravo - 1959
Good Bad Ugly - 1966
His Girl Friday - QT loves Hawks dialogue
Reservoir Dogs (Hong Kong crime cinema - Ringo Lam and John Woo):
City on Fire - Dogs is essentially a us remake
Pulp Fiction (inspired by french new wave and us slapstick era):
Band of Outsiders
Kiss me Deadly
Kill Bill (QT loves Hong Kong Kung Fu classics and 70s revenge B-cinema):
Lady Snowblood - obvious
Five Fingers of Death
Thriller: A Cruel Picture
Also watch Five Deadly Venoms, Switchblade Sisters, and Battle Royale
Death Proof (70s Car Chase):
Vanishing Point
Dirty Mary Crazy Larry
Inglourious (WW2/get the nazis movies also QT loves the Sgt Fury Comics):
Dirty Dozen
Great Escape
Django Unchained (all the Spaghettis Westerns)
Death Rides a Horse
Django Kill
The Great Silence
Shaft

Holes?
Non-linear story telling, narration, Western themes, musically embellished, protagonists who are on the wrong side of the law, quippy dialogue, a black baw banging a white lady
Tarantino-esque
Next challenge to the list is awaited
