quote:And nothing will happen to them. Nor will they get sued. Nor will it matter if they did. People have been fighting this since computers were invented. It’s not going anywhere. This is the future. The entertainment industry is gonna have to find somewhere around it. I predict a very big uprising in live theater.
That’s still copyright infringement of the Superman and Hulk IP. The company that makes the program/app is engaged in a commercial enterprise.
It’s also a big gray area because who actually created the material? The person who put in the information, or the program? There’s too much red tape, too much gray area, too much money to sue.

And how did that affect the future? Did it shut down piracy?

Napster was centralized so it was easy.

Napster was also a small company.
The only thing I think is possible is that there could be some type of limitations put in place. But there’s so much gray area in this. And these are big companies that are the driving force. We’re talking Google. Elon Musk. This is not some dude in his basement. It’s too much gray area because AI is not an actual entity. It’s just doing what you ask it to do. And even if they do implement some kind of restrictions on copyright material or anything that could possibly get them sued, we’re still talking about the future of entertainment, basically being typed in a small summary and having it be created instantly. That’s coming.
