A perfect contrast is Sifu. Yeah, it's ok to be pissed coming back from tribal, but you have to figure out a way to control it. Don't ask who voted for you directly. Figure it out over time and fuse that information into your strategy. Whatever you were doin wrong to get a vote, interrogating people then doing some sort of weird verbal intimidation the next day won't help things.

Exactly! Chances are they don’t go back to TC next time and the game constantly changes so just take the vote and keep playing.
I think Dee blew an opportunity by not bringing up that someone voted for her, too, and she wasn’t freaking out about it. Strengthen your alliance with him and also give him a false sense of security. But she essentially voted to keep Sean in the game by voting for Sufi even after he begged to be voted out so she’s not smart.

Yeah I think Red was voting J, or maybe even Bruce, but D was very pissed at Caleb and I think that flipped it.
Now Caleb is public enemy #1 and will be an easy out at some point. Red can even tell Bruce he sold him out with the idol. No way he makes it to the end now unless he goes on a comp/idol streak.
Great great season so far. Tribals have been outstanding.

This season has really been fantastic outside of Hannah and Sean quitting. Tonight’s tribal was awesome. Kaleb opening up his mouth and further painting a target on himself, only to play the shot in the dark and remain safe. I like Kaleb a lot, he knows how to work a room and seems like a genuine guy, I even liked his Kawhi and Raptors comment a few episodes back.
Emily has done a complete 180 and made the right move in siding with Red and Austin and Drew. I actually like Drew, I’ve seen some in here saying they aren’t fans. Seems like a smart player, although a little over-confident. I think Austin and Drew together form a strong duo that could make it to the end.
Dee is a smoke show, but not the smartest player in the room. Kellie appears to be very likable and could go very far, and her looks have grown on me.
Bruce is an annoying a-hole, shouting out orders and rubbing people the wrong way, I’m no fan of Katurah either.
Jake seems like a humble guy, and I’m no fan of Kendra, and Sifu and his “zen crap”. Julie appears to be likable but we probably know the least about her over anybody.
Really, really enjoyable season so far with 90 minute episodes. There’s been great challenges and tribal councils are fantastic. I’m pulling for Kaleb or Austin to go far as of right now.

i'm not sure i've ever seen an 11-0 vote on survivor. calling out the 3 women was a huge mistake. if they weren't thinking of voting him out, that made sure they would.

Emily has figured out how to hide her racist side and be a little more low key. but, still can't help making comments that draw attention. Everyone was talking about caleb and instead of just listening, she tries to defend him.

There is no way I believe that the producers didn't save caleb for the shot in the dark. Dude was dead in the water and just happens to hit the 1/6 chance when there was a 11-0 vote on him.
That shite happens in fairy tales not national TV. Still glad to see Caleb make it to the merge but I just don't believe they are going to allow Caleb to get out that early.

That was a great tribal. The same sense he was an easy target for everybody but stranger things have happened. Kaleb just needs to lay low and let a few others dig their graves and he makes it pretty far.
Some group will will eventually try to break up Austin and Napoleon.
Julie seems like somebody that can make it far on cruise control now and then pick it up.
Bruce is about to implode.

I don’t mind the zen, it’s the annoying air guitar performances that he keeps subjecting everyone to that would be a deal breaker for me.
Also have to say not sad at all to see J go, she sucked imo.
The dynamics of the vote next week is going to be so interesting.
The same way red was willing to cut J, that has to be coming soon for Bruce. Only question is if he sees it coming and uses the idol or if they pull off the blindside

It is a 16.7% chance, not like it is 1% or something crazy. Shot in the dark has been played 10 times and 2 people have gotten the safe scroll, with N=10 it is statistically exactly where it should be.

Agreed... but what were they thinking not splitting at least partially just in case? And as much as they wanted Jay out, they should have taken out Emily. You missed a shot at Caleb, take out his biggest ally.

It was going to be Caleb all the way. Emily even voted Caleb. When Austin sacrificed his vote there was no other way the vote was going to go but Caleb.

Edit: I want final three to be Kellie, Austin, and Jake. I don’t see Jake getting out of the pickle he just put himself in, unless Belo can pull Emily as their number. I really like Kellie. Dee is too power hungry and emotional and has no idea Austin wields more power than her, hope she gets the boot soon.

Was really hoping Kaleb would survive tribal. But, people like to take the easy way out.

I can’t stand Bruce but it is 100% the correct move to keep him around. Kellie nailed it - no one is keeping him til the end, so use him as a shield.
They should have targeted Drew. Sifu has no pull with anyone on any side, save him and you have his future vote. Drew will join back up with Reba and start picking off Belo. Should’ve taken him out when he was at his weakest.

Absolutely, they missed an opportunity.
Jake has dug himself into a hole after last tribal, and honestly Katurah is an idiot for voting out Kaleb. She was mad nobody told her about Bruce’s idol. Does she not realize everybody on that beach didn’t tell her? Not just Kaleb (who had just come over from another tribe) and Jake. Stupid move by Katurah and I hope she gets the boot this upcoming week.
If I had to guess a final 3 it would be Austin, Drew, and Kellie.

Katurah bitches about Bruce nonstop…then does exactly what Bruce would have done by voting out Kaleb. I think she’s banking on Reba taking her in. Problem with that is Dee has made it very clear tribe lines won’t get crossed - she’ll vote out Katurah when she needs to regardless of help she’s provided.
