Surprising Guest Roles On TV Shows

I've marked out twice to a guest star.
1. Ian McShane in Game Of Thrones. I had not yet seen Deadwood when I watched GOT the first time. So on my second watch of GOT I was excited to see Al Swearingen interact with the Hound. Deadwood has become my favorite all time show.
2. Steven Ogg in Better Call Saul. Was already into the episode because Mike was my favorite character in Breaking Bad. Then Trevor from GTA V shows up and I lost my shite. Was in the middle of playing GTA when this episode aired.
What do you got?

Megan Mullally as Tammy 2 in Parks and Rec is probably my favorite. Yes, they're married in real life, but HFS that character was funny. And they didn't overuse it, which was really too easy to do.

Does Friends even count? Every boyfriend was a star - Favreau, Selleck, Bruce Willis, Paul Rudd etc….
I guess Julia Roberts showing up in the one episode to get revenge on Chandler was the most surprising, or Brad Pitt in one episode and hating Rachel.

William Shatner as the Big Giant Head on Third Rock from the Sun. I was used to seeing him as Captain Kirk and didn't know that he is also real good at comedy.

They even took advantage of Lithgow reprising Shatner’s classic Twilight Zone appearance for the TZ movie.
