Did they ever say Mr Wheeler is dead? I either missed it or no one seems to give much of a shite at all about him to barely even mention his status, which in itself is pretty funny

So how were they able to construct the base and lab and everything in the Upside Down?
Also in E1 when Lucas and Will are visiting Max in the hospital and I knew that stupid song was gonna start playing again when he pulled the tape out.

This half season has definitely been a letdown. We waited 3 years for this? the dialogue is lazy and the stakes are minuscule. That was such a lame cliffhanger at the end too. It’s been more Goonies than horror this season too and you forget you’re in the 80s because the majority of the time this stuff is taking place in the upside down.

Someone on Reddit had a interesting theory that they were using Kali (the chick from S2 who could create illusions) to hide the base from Vecna.
