So my boys and I just watched episode 1.......Ezra has aged about 2 years it looks like and is using the holocron for advice....
Cannan is blind but just met a powerful force wielder who is neither on the dark side on the light side.....but says he will teach him to see again.......
Pretty solid beginning after that epic finale last season.

I'm just interested in how they are going to kill them off, because there's no way they can say that these two pretty powerful Jedi were "in the background" during IV-V-VI

Awesome first episode. I tell people the series is pretty good, but they don't listen because it is animated. Retarded imo.

I thought she sucked honestly. She was a vessel for the audience which is fine but she offered nothing of her own.

And Ryno I'm with you.....Disney taking over Star Wars, and linking the animated series to the movies would yield all those hating on the animated series to watch....more merchandise more sales....makes too much sense financially and from a plot perspective.

The Clone Wars series was some great Star Wars to watch. It started off kinda ho hum for a couple seasons but then really took off for season 3 and never looked back.
The stories with Darth Maul, Savage Opress, solo missions with R2, episodes involving actual warfare with the Jedi planning and leading the battle from start to finish, Anakin being a great commander, seeing visions of himself as Darth Vader, and lastly Yoda learning the skills he would need to contact Luke and then train him on Dagobah.

well, there was a terrible book called Aftermath that they could probably make a movie out of.
