Jojo The Idiot Circus Boy could have directed a better movie than a number of the director hired.

Probably because Lucas cashed out because he was no longer allowed the kind of clout he used to have with distribution.
He bitched about getting Red Tails being such a fight to get made but he strong armed a lot of distributors on the prequel trilogy before that, which likely caused him issues with them.
