Love that movie and that tune, but the song from the same flick that I like even better is Dance With Me Tonight.

Gotta love the Tom Hanks fist pump at around 1:20, after the "Twist and Shout"-style escalating harmonies.

Scottie doesn't know
that Fiona and me
do it in my van, every Sunday
She tells him she's in church
but she doesn't go
still she's on her knees
and Scottie doesn't know

EuroTrip obliterates every teen sex comedy of the late 90s and early 00s. The only tiny flaw is Michelle Trachtenberg not getting naked, but I guess the showbiz rule is "always leave them wanting more".

You guys know that is a just a cover/retitle of an old 1960s Top 10 hit song by The Troggs, not an original made for the movie, right?

Yeah, they talk about the original in the movie in the recording studio, but it's still an original song for the movie because it's not "Love is All Around"

I do too. I remember my girlfriend at the time making me go see it with her, and I thought it was going to be one of those movies that showed all of the funny parts in the previews. Glad I was wrong, I thought it was hilarious

Hard Out Here for a Pimp from Hustle and Flow was really good and I think Terrence Howard and Taraji Henson did a really good job with it as well.

I agree but I prefer "Whoop that Trick" from Hustle and Flow. How they made that beat and song was pure inspiration, like Eminem 8 mile.

All the Dew Cox songs from Walk Hard
Teacher's Pet - School of Rock

Going in a bit of a different direction, I think Edge of Night from Return of the King might count.
