I don't think Nero goes beyond this season but he has been a solid character

I'm sure clay will take care of Nero, but I wish that Nero survives and Jax offs Clay....soon.

I think they consider "proof" to be straight from the horse's mouth. All they have is the word of Frankie, who had a gun to their heads at the time. And, yes, they have Unser, but he isn't in tue club. It also seems like Jax and Bobby know how smart Clay is, and they are almost treating this like a prosecutor on a very high profile case. You only get one chance to get it right. When they take it to the club, there can't be any doubt about what happened.

yea - its a bit odd how hes so tied into keeping the club together and functional, always has the resources on hand to do so (130k isnt chump change to have in cash on site), and took on those interests so damn quickly upon his arrival etc....
you can tell hes a bad dude with a lot of history but for now hes just a mystery to us.

I think Frankie is smarter than everyone gives him credit for.
Clay wanted him to take Jax out, but Frankie wanted some distance between himself and the act so he got the (now-dead) black guys to do it. When he saw what went down at Unser's (Clay playing them for scapegoats), he knew that Clay was going to turn on him so he had to get what he could and get out of town.
He only clocked (instead of Glock'd) Chibbs because he's hoping to work some sort of clemency out with the club in exchange for his life because he doesn't like the way Clay set them all up.

Also, who in that line of work is that nice? If he was only a pimp he would of kicked Gemma to the curb a long time ago- she's cost him money, that blonde hooker, his half sister, etc.
imo he's up there in something. And he's a great character.
I was late to watch the last episode, but Shane returning as the she-man hooker was awesome! I can only imagine the call Sutter made to him

Clay will be around until the final season. So will Gemma. No need to get excited about Jax taking out Clay any time soon. The drama between those three will continue until the last couple of episodes.

Clay has already signed contract for season 7.
There's no reason to think they would keep clay around for as long as possible.
The tension drama whatever you want to call it between clay and jax is to good for them to get rid of it yet
