I believe the other guy had both of his hands (but was one of the Nomads so maybe that's where they got the idea to invade).

JIC anyone cares, my thoughts on the premier (for one of my favorite shows):
- The gunfight in the beginning sucked balls, reminded me of Lawless. If you've seen it, you'll know what I mean.
- Gemma saying "I sucked your dick, didn't I?" was just so gratuitous..."we're on FX, hell yeah put a line that over the top in the scene." Loved that opening scene of him drillin it though. Nice to see that Sutter's wife can outlast those other chicks at the party
- I don't mind Jimmy Smits owning a whore house, but it seems pretty unrealistic that THAT guy has the most elaborately overly produced whore house ever
- Damon Pope's gonna be a beast, and nice to see Harold Perrineau gettin work...liked him since Oz.
- Tig's daughter's scene was Game of Thronesian
- Hate the CIA storyline, but admit they need something "huge" to drive the actions of Jax
- The Sons v. Pope and Clay v. Jax storylines are so much more interesting
- I know no one likes her, but I like the slow burn descent of Ophelia...errr Tara.
- Can't believe they let Tig's second half of that scene be the final cut...how bad were the rest of them? Acting started off awesome, then wtf happened?
- wonder why they made it so obvious that that one nomad (and the other two too) was part of the home invasions? Why not keep it a mystery longer?
Good stuff tonight, ok for a season premier. Glad they gave us an hour and a half. Season looks like it's gonna be pretty good.

Instead of going on the run, why doesn't Jax use his CIA Cartel "buddies" to bail him out (like they did with Bobby)?
It was pretty gruesome what Pope did to Tig, but I'd probably do the same thing to someone who murdered my daughter (if not worse).

i thought that should have been his first call also.. but the CIA storyline is pretty ridiculous to me anyway..

Thought the exact same thing. It wasn't some ahole just killing a girl for no reason. I completely understand the reasoning behind it and in the SOA world I agree with it.
This is just going to serve as the catalyst for Tig to be against Clay now that it is out in the open the the blacks didn't shoot him and Tig tried to kill Leroy on that premise.
Clay's lie got his daughter killed.

just some thoughts
the nomads are in league with clay, he set them on unser cause he believes unser helped gemma with JT's letters jax read, plus he was in gemma's house.
The CIA wouldn't intervene in jax and chibs going to jail. They need clay to make the IRA deal and they did say that their plan B would be to let Black kill the sons.
The AUSDA will show up again this year and will end up helping the Sons with the CIA.
The sheriff is going to end up somehow being the main one that puts a stop to damon pope. Remember the sheriff is a former part of the oakland gang squad.
In the end ole Opie is gonna come in all badass guns blazing and end up saving jax and the sons.

Yep, that was 100% him (did I skim over a post identifying that?) Same show and someone called him "peggy".
ETA: I was wondering why that sequence (the guy putting his foot on the guy and the camera focusing in) happened that way when it did...seemed out of place.
