F&F plays to dumb poor people, Hangover 3 plays to dumb people, Star Trek plays to frick if I know...nerds who will see anything in a series no matter how played out it is?...either way, I will not pay to see any of those in theater

I'm going to go out a limb here... Either most of you don't like cars,girls, and action or you just don't realize why this movie sells.
Its a movie that doesn't strive to expectations but its strives to provide a good film while you have free time.

considering that most movies make about half their opening weekend take in their second weekend and that Trek made $83 million last weekend, there was almost zero chance that Trek would out perform Fast 6.

looks like picking up the rock has been a good move. I don't get people that act like FF5 was great. It was pretty much in line with my expectations. There were cringe-worthy bad moments but it was good dumb entertainment. Pretty much like 1-2. And 6 being a smash-hit makes me wonder how many we'll see. 10 looks very possible.
