The most entertaining part of the fall out is that D’Elia is a guy who searches his name on twitter constantly to find every 3 follower account that has tweeted something negative about him and will call them out and tweet all kinds of garbage at them

An opinion piece in The New York Times six years ago about it being a disorder and not a crime is how this shite begins.
Remember when gender identity issues were a disorder rather than reason for praise?
Pretty sure the NAMBA folks have already tried attaching themselves to the LGBT+ movement. (Though, this may all be internet rumor shite with no basis in reality.)

It is a disorder, but in this country if you act on it (or are caught trying to act on it), it is a crime.
The disorder can be discussed and if you are seeking help, hopefully you get help so you don't act on it.
The crime should be severe and swift. If a crime is committed, you should be executed IMO.
Chris is friends with Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer, it will be interesting to see if they say anything as Bert has two teenage girls.

He clearly tries to keep going after her after he learns she's 17 (which in some states is not illegal, but it is fricking creepy as hell).
