Very true. These things are harmful to the mind. People who intentionally involve themselves in and/or enable these things are not mentally stable. A lot more people need to come to this realization.

I think a good rule is no administrator should be the type who engages in extended personal back and forth exchanges with other posters.
And, like politicians, the best people will have less interest in running and be unlikely to serve

The Arts Board has, like all of TD, rapidly declined over the last five years, in no small part due to the politically obsessed and provincial minded gnats who buzz incessantly with bad news and conspiracy theories aplenty. I agree that iwyLSUiwy is the best suited to keep that group at bay as well as reign in the TV show addicts and comic book kids who lower the intellectual discussions to that of a middle school level.
