Such a talentless wet blanket (whatever that's supposed to mean) that Disney was on the verge of putting her character in a Mandalorian spin off?

No cast details are available as of right now; however, there's a good bet Cara Dune (Gina Carano) from The Mandalorian will factor into the plot. On season 2, episode 6, "The Tragedy," Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) goes to enlist Cara's help to break a sharpshooter out of jail so that he can access the ship belonging to Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito). During their conversation, Din learns that Cara now serves as a Marshall of the New Republic on Nevarro.

This would have to be a 133 million dollar settlement to make the point.
Settlement needs to be that they agree to make the SW show they were planning to make with her as the lead.
And then everyone watch it so it is the most highly watched Star Wars anything since Disney purchased SW.

Judge Garnett is a Harvard educated African American woman appointed by Joe Biden.
That’s actually good for Gina as the plaintiff in an employment suit. Conservative judges typically do everything they can to dismiss those kind of cases and side with the corporate employer.

You won't be able to support this claim.

Set you a link to the federal Fifth Circuit (TX, LA, MS) new opinions page. Read every employment discrimination case that they decide over several years. Look up or know the history of the judges who write the decisions. That will support it.

I liked the Character.
would have watched the show.
She’s an Ok actress.
honestly… wouldn’t hate if this lawsuit settled and somehow the show was made.

I'm not going to do your research for you. You made the claim, and I say you can't support it. All your response did is support my statement.
ETA: Go ahead, give us a list of these employment discrimination cases that obviously were discrimination but were dismissed out of hand for conservative ideological reasons.

She isn’t settling. Supposedly Musk is offering to match anything the pedo groomers at Disney offer if she doesn’t settle and loses.

I'm not sure where Disney finds these lawyers they keep hiring. I know they have enough money to pay for the best, but they just keep stacking losses at this point.
May be indicative of Disney’s bad behavior

This is still not that big of a deal and fairly normal procedure.
Not a big deal if Disney has no dirty laundry that would come to light.

This is where I'm at. I'm not a fan of people on the right being discriminated against in Hollywood, but I also don't believe in protected classes.

Definitely. And we should obviously never call anyone out for saying anything grossly hyperbolic, like, say, equating restorative conversation with Maoist torture tactics.
