dude reneged on the agreement to take down the bad check despite lil jerry winning the first fight. i would have turned his arse in to the suits.

But Jerry would have been implicated in it, unless the Feds granted him immunity. And they could have kissed Little Jerry goodbye, they would have confiscated him.
