Scrubs’ Revival Ups Ava Bunn to Series Regular, X Mayo and Joel Kim Booster Exit
Thank god one of those terrible nurses are gone. Surprised Joel is gone but once he didn’t get the job he probably moved to another hospital.
Dr Cox and Carla are coming back for majority of the episodes this season. Sources are saying Kelso, Sean, Dan, and many behind the scenes og cast will make appearances this season.
Scrubs started filming season 2 early July.

We are truly blessed the kelso cameo will happen. Who thought he would still be alive much less physically capable to fly out to Canada and film the new season. Cannot wait to see where they will go with that. I’m sure it will be an emotional moment with him and Cox

I could actually tolerate the nurses. Didn’t like them but could tolerate.

Fantastic news. So we still have the gay black dude nurse, but hopefully with the annoying fat black chick nurse gone they tone him down and he drifts more into the background. And thank fricking God the gay asian doc is gone. He added literally nothing good/positive to the show IMO.

It's barely enough time to figure out what works and what doesn't.
People complain about the quality hit TV has taken and I really think a lot of it is b/c nothing is allowed to breath and find itself anymore.
Things used to be written and shot over several months at roughly the same time of the year making it almost like you're returning to school or camp creating close connections between writers, cast, and crew.
Now everything is shot over a few weeks, you're not sure when it's going to pick back up, and b/c of the haphazard schedules you're often working w/completely different people so you're never truly in sync.

This is just dumb. Don't let shitty writers off the hook by saying they didn't have enough time.
Most of the old comedies had 20+ episodes a year. It drives me nuts when a new Star Trek series has filler episodes in a 10 episode season when they used to film 26 for TNG. If the writers can't bang out 10+ solid episodes they should be working tat a car wash not at a studio.
No CP3, I still haven't watched Scrubs 2.0. I'll get around to it one day.
