Excellent! "I'm just a bill" and "3 is the magic number" are the best ones, IMO

"Conjunction junction" is a close 2nd.

Had a 9th grade Civics class where I was bored out of my mind. I knew most of it already thanks to School House Rock

Surprised D+ has this since they weren't Disney I don't believe. Maybe they were originally ABC property?

Either way, that's awesome. I remember years ago I bought the DVD of them and watched them. Brought back tons of school memories.

Let's be real. Nobody is going to watch more than 5 minutes of these episodes.

My mom bought all the cassettes and had us watch them while eating cereal before school each day. They’re still pretty cool but, yeah, not gonna sit down and binge watch schoolhouse rock

I watched about 10 in a row without even thinking about it. Brought back great memories. And I realized I still know the words to shite I have not heard in 45 years.

"ThreeSixNine...TwelveFifteenEighteeeeen...Twenty-oneTwenty-fourTwenty-seven...THIRTY."

"VERB! That's what's happenin'!"

It is also interesting to note that School House Rock was pretty much the only other kid-related show besides Sesame Street to regularly feature people of color.

You have no idea of the impact these segments had on generations of kids.

I totally understand the impact.

But I'm talking about now. 2020.

Mr Roger’s, Electric Company, Yiu Can’t Do That On TV, and a few others from my childhood regularly had people of color on them, so not sure what you’re talking about.

Ok, you’re right about Mr. Rogers and Electric Company. I honestly didn’t watch them a lot, so that’s why I forgot them. My bad.

“You can’t do that on Television” came about a little later. I don’t think it hit Baton Rouge until the mid/late 80s. I wouldn’t put it in the same category as late 60s/early 70s TV.
