Took about one season to really grow on me, but loved the show

How do I watch the new season? I don’t get the channel. I caught up on Netflix then I noticed Comedy Central was showing one but it was well into the new season so didn’t want to watch.

Ahh so I guess Comedy Central was showing the finale. I will see myself out of this thread.

Odd that this board never really posted many threads about this show.

I missed a couple of episodes. How did Johnny and Moira get their money back?

I love This show but it felt like the last season was 1 big hug goodbiy and not a ton of actual jokes.

Honestly though so many shows try and be controversial in the end and botch it. This was nice.

Johnny signed a deal with some investors to start up a motel franchise. And she got a TV deal to star on a reboot of her soap opera. So they moved to California.

We must’ve been watching different shows than cause I laughed a lot. Last night was no exception and did a really great job of wrapping up.
Will miss this one greatly.

There were plenty of laughs, but I feel like the first few season set such a high standard.

There was always a pretty balanced Joke the Awww moment ratio, but I feel like they really upped the aw moments this year.

You may very well be correct. My affinity for the show makes me less than objective.
That said, perhaps you just grew accustomed to the show so the originality you remember so significantly in the first few seasons became less noticeable as the series went on. Also, I’d think given that this was the last season, a few more awe moments were to be expected.

I can appreciate them wanting to send everyone out on a good moment

Idk I enjoyed the whole series. David and Patrick are one of my favorite television couples. I kinda wanted Alexa and Ted to end up together.

I don't like when shows build relationships over a long period of time to tank them in a couple of episodes. It felt like a choice you make for scheduling conflict reasons.

I don't have Pop, but I watch on Netflix. Hopefully S6 will be on there in the next month or so.
