I understand that this show is well decorated with awards, but I cannot stand this show. I will finish it because people have said it gets better, but almost every character on the show besides Eugene Levy is annoying as hell. Moira’s voice could be the worst part of a tv show I’ve experienced

I don't know where you're at, but I think season 2 is much better than season 1, and that season 3 is much better than season 2, with that season 3 quality being the remaining cruising speed.
It's a sitcom, and it plays like one. Each character gets much less annoying as the writers start focusing more on their respective endearing qualities.

Yea, season one was rough. Almost stopped there but kept on and glad I did. By season 3 I was into it all the way.

The storylines other than them going from rich living in a mansion in NY to living in a motel don't really matter. It is the dialogue between all 4 members of the family that makes it good.

Yep. It wasn't the greatest first season I've ever come across. But, like a lot of good sitcoms, the show got much better as it went along until it finally hit its stride.

I've found you either "get it" or you don't. I really enjoyed it, but I know some who watched the full series and never really got into it.

I love when Alexis throws in randomly in conversations about her hooking up with different celebrities & not one person in the town ever questions her about it.
