I'll say the scene in "Planes Trains & Automobiles" when they finally get back to Chicago and they say goodbye at the train. Then Steve Martin realizes that Candy has nowhere to go, so he goes back to the station and he's still there. He invites him to his house for dinner. Great scene from a great movie, IMO.

-Forrest Gump when he realizes the boy is his. Also when he's at Jenny's grave.
-Not a movie, but the end of LOST made me cry harder than I've maybe cried ever in my life (call me a bitch, I don't care, when vincent laid next to Jack and he saw the plane leave and he closed his eye was magical).

As I said in the stickied thread, I just watched Schindler's List for the first time. The movie is an emotional ordeal, but at the end they absolutely obliterate your already fragile psyche with that immensely powerful seen at the end where Schindler gives his speech about how he could've done more. I didn't just drop a tear, I dropped a few. It was one of the most emotional movie scenes I have ever experienced.
